Sessions are scheduled for between 30 and 60 minutes at a rate of $80-120 per session. Full payment is typically due at the time of service if you are paying out-of-pocket, using a Health Savings Account (HSA), or covered by an insurer that I am not in-network with.

If I am in-network with your insurer, I will bill them directly on your behalf. I am in-network with a few third-party payers, including:

• Arizona Medicaid (AHCCCS)
• Blue Cross & Blue Shield (pending)
• Optum/United Healthcare

If you choose to use your insurance, it is best to contact them to verify your benefits and to see if a ‘prior-authorization’ is required for outpatient services. I’m happy to help walk you through this process if you have questions or difficulties. With the use of insurance, you will be responsible for any copayment, co-insurance, or deductible.

For coverage with out-of-network insurers: If I am out-of-network with your insurance company, I will provide you with a ‘superbill’ at each session which you can send to your insurer so that paid amounts may be applied to your deductible or reimbursed to you directly (minus any copayment/co-insurance and after your deductible has been met).
